This presentation will clearly define eDiscovery and
address the importance of it in today’s technology-driven
world. Attendees will strengthen their familiarity with
the Electronic Discovery Reference Mode (EDRM) and learn
more about how eDiscovery works. Additionally, attendees
will gain a greater understanding of the important terms
and definitions used within the eDiscovery process. Finally,
special focus will be given to setting the stage for successful
eDiscovery by effectively preparing for and using the “Meet & Confer”
conference.
