Grimm of the District of Maryland wrote another opinion in Victor Stanley, a case that has become the poster child for e-discovery misconduct, Victor Stanley, Inc. v. Creative Pipe, Inc., et al. (D. MD., Sept. 9, 2010). Facts underlying the sanctions motion led Judge Grimm to enter sanctions of a severity never seen before.
